Yes. Every purchase includes a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (CoA) from an independent third-party analytical laboratory. This document reflects the exact batch in your order, not a recycled document from a prior lot. It details purity, identity, and composition. If you need a replacement copy of your CoA, contact us with your order number.

All compounds are sourced from qualified manufacturers operating under controlled production conditions. Every batch undergoes independent third-party analytical testing before it ships, and a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis documenting purity, identity, and composition is provided with every purchase.

Every batch must meet a minimum purity threshold before it ships. The specific purity figure is documented in the batch CoA provided with every purchase. If a batch does not meet our standard, it does not leave the facility.

Orders placed and paid before 1 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the following business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time. We will update this policy as our operations expand.

All shipments are tracked, packaged professionally, and shipped discreetly. Products are sealed and labeled in accordance with standard research chemical handling procedures.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct light. Long-term storage at -20°C is recommended. Once reconstituted, solutions should be stored at 4°C and used within the timeframe appropriate for the compound. Refer to the product-specific documentation for handling guidance.

Lyophilized peptides stored at -20°C typically remain stable for 2+ years. Each product ships with a lot-specific expiration date. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and keep vials sealed until use.

Bacteriostatic water is sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. It’s a standard laboratory supply used for reconstitution in research settings. We carry pharmaceutical-grade bacteriostatic water in our catalog.
