CJC/Ipamorelin Blend — Key Data
A snapshot of published research on CJC/Ipamorelin Blend. Each figure links to the literature summarized below.
How CJC/Ipamorelin Blend Works
The CJC-1295/Ipamorelin blend combines a GHRH analog (CJC-1295 without DAC) with a GHRP (Ipamorelin) for synergistic GH release. GHRH+GHRP combinations produce true synergy (up to 7.8x greater than GHRH alone). Ipamorelin has the cleanest side-effect profile among GHRPs, with no cortisol or prolactin elevation even at doses >200x its ED50. For research use only.
- 01
Dual GH Secretagogue Synergy
Primary- CJC-1295: GHRH receptor activation (pituitary somatotrophs)
- Ipamorelin: Ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) activation
- Complementary mechanisms produce true synergy
What the Studies Show
Peer-reviewed outcomes from published CJC/Ipamorelin Blend research.
0
GHRH+GHRP combinations produce GH response greater than arithmetic sum. Ipamorelin ED50 = 2.3 nmol/kg with zero cortisol/prolactin release.
Raun et al., 1998GHRP Side Effect Profile
Ipamorelin is the first selective GH secretagogue -- no cortisol or prolactin even at extreme doses (Raun et al., 1998)
Research Applications
Reported areas of investigation across the CJC/Ipamorelin Blend literature.
- 01GH RELEASE
Synergistic GH Secretion
CJC-1295 (GHRH analog) activates pituitary somatotrophs while ipamorelin (GHRP) activates ghrelin receptors. Together they produce synergistic GH release exceeding the sum of individual effects.
- Synergy factor
- Up to 7.8x vs GHRH alone
- CJC-1295 GH increase
- 2-10x
- Combined effect
- Greater than arithmetic sum
Study finding. GHRH+GHRP synergy confirmed across multiple studies. Ipamorelin ED50 = 2.3 nmol/kg with zero off-target hormone effects.
Raun et al., 1998
Reported Observations
- Ipamorelin: zero cortisol or prolactin elevation even at >200x ED50
- CJC-1295 without DAC: well-tolerated at 30-60 mcg/kg
This summary reflects observations from published peer-reviewed research. It is not a comprehensive safety assessment. Researchers should review primary literature before designing protocols. For Research Use Only.
