KERN RESEARCH LABORATORIES, LLC makes no representations, warranties, or claims regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability of any product for human use. Nothing on this website, in our emails, or in any associated materials constitutes medical advice, health advice, or a recommendation for human use.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Kern. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to refuse orders where we have reason to believe this requirement is not met.

These products are sold for research purposes and may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. A Kern customer account is required to place an order. We do not offer guest checkout. Creating an account provides you with order tracking, access to batch-specific Certificates of Analysis, and secure purchase history. All orders are subject to acceptance by KERN RESEARCH LABORATORIES, LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All transactions are processed via secure third-party payment processors. We do not store payment card information on our servers.

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically upon successful payment. A confirmation email does not guarantee fulfillment — if a product is out of stock or your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you promptly.

All risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier. KERN RESEARCH LABORATORIES, LLC is not responsible for delivery delays, losses, or damages caused by carrier error or circumstances beyond our control.

We provide batch-specific Certificates of Analysis for all products. CoAs are provided for informational and documentation purposes for research use. They do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose. The presence of a CoA does not imply that a product is suitable, approved, or safe for human use.
