The Kern Peptides Partner Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring customers to Kern Peptides (www.kernrl.com), operated by Kern Research Laboratories, LLC. By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these terms.
2.1 Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
2.2 All applications are reviewed and approved or denied at Kern's sole discretion. We are selective about our partners and prioritize quality over quantity.
2.3 By applying, you represent that you have a legitimate platform or audience relevant to research peptides, fitness, biohacking, health optimization, or related fields; that you will comply with all applicable laws; and that all information in your application is accurate.
2.4 Kern reserves the right to reject any application or terminate any partnership at any time, for any reason.
3.1 Commission Rate
20% of the net order total (after discounts, before taxes and shipping) on every referred customer's first order. 10% on all subsequent orders for the lifetime of the customer relationship.
3.2 Lifetime Attribution
Once a customer is attributed to a Partner (via coupon code or tracking link), the Partner earns commission on every qualifying order that customer places for the duration of the customer's relationship with Kern. There is no time limit.
3.3 Attribution Methods
(a) Coupon Code — orders using the partner's code are attributed to them. (b) Tracking Link — visitors who click the link have a 30-day cookie placed; purchases within 30 days are attributed. If both are used, the coupon code takes precedence.
3.4 Last-Click Attribution
If a customer clicks multiple partner links, the most recent click within the 30-day window receives attribution.
3.5 Non-Qualifying Orders
Commissions are not earned on refunded, chargebacked, or canceled orders; self-purchases; fraudulent orders; gift card or store credit purchases; shipping fees; or taxes.
4.1 Each Partner's coupon code provides the customer with a 15% discount on their first order.
4.2 The code cannot be combined with other promotional codes or site-wide sales unless explicitly stated.
4.3 Kern reserves the right to modify discount terms with 30 days' written notice.
5.1 Schedule
Commissions are paid twice monthly, on the 14th and 29th of each month.
5.2 Minimum Payout
$50.00 USD. Balances below the threshold roll over.
5.3 Payment Method
Bank transfer (ACH for US; wire for international).
5.4 Tax Obligations
Partners are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes. US Partners earning $600+ will receive Form 1099-NEC. W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (international) may be required before payouts begin.
5.5 Disputed Commissions
Kern may withhold or reclaim commissions earned through fraudulent or deceptive means.
6.1 Compliance
Partners must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC guidelines on endorsements. All partner relationships must be clearly disclosed.
6.2 Product Claims
Partners must NEVER claim products cure, treat, prevent, or diagnose any condition; suggest products are for human consumption; make health or therapeutic claims; describe products as supplements, medicine, or drugs; or omit "For Research Use Only" and "Not for Human Consumption" disclaimers.
6.3 Accurate Representation
Do not make promises about availability, shipping, or features not confirmed on the Kern website.
6.4 Brand Guidelines
Use Kern-approved marketing materials only. Do not modify branding without written approval.
6.5 Age Restrictions
Do not promote to audiences under 21 or on platforms where the primary audience is under 21.
Any of the following results in immediate termination:
7.1 Keyword Bidding
Partners may not bid on Kern-branded keywords in paid search or social advertising.
7.2 Coupon/Deal Sites
Partners may not distribute codes on coupon aggregation sites or browser extensions.
7.3 Spam
No unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or direct messages.
7.4 Trademark Misuse
Do not register domains, social handles, or accounts containing "Kern" or "Kern Peptides."
7.5 Misleading Advertising
No deceptive advertising, fake reviews, or fabricated testimonials.
7.6 Click Fraud
Any artificial inflation of clicks, impressions, or conversions results in termination.
7.7 Self-Referrals
Do not use your own code or link for personal purchases.
8.1 Kern grants Partners a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Kern's name, logo, product images, and approved marketing materials solely for promoting Kern products.
8.2 This license terminates immediately upon termination of the partnership.
9.1 This agreement remains in effect as long as the Partner maintains an active account in good standing.
9.2 Termination by Partner: Email partners@kernrl.com. Earned commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid on the next scheduled payout date.
9.3 Termination by Kern: Kern may terminate any partnership at any time, with or without notice.
9.4 Effect of Termination: All links and codes are deactivated, the IP license is terminated, and earned commissions are paid on the next payout date — unless the partnership was terminated for fraud.
10.1 Kern's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the Partner in the preceding 12 months.
10.2 Kern is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Kern may modify these terms at any time. Partners will be notified 30 days before changes take effect. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Partners are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of KERN RESEARCH LABORATORIES, LLC. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
