This blend combines CJC-1295 without DAC (5mg) and Ipamorelin (5mg) in a single vial. CJC-1295 is a GHRH analog that stimulates growth hormone release through the GHRH receptor. Ipamorelin is a GHRP that stimulates GH through the ghrelin receptor. Together, they activate two separate pathways simultaneously, which published research has shown produces 3-5x more GH release than either compound alone.

The combination exploits a well-documented synergy between GHRH and GHRP compounds. CJC-1295 increases the amplitude of GH pulses (how much GH is released per pulse). Ipamorelin increases the frequency of GH pulses (how often pulses occur). The two mechanisms are complementary and non-overlapping, producing a greater total GH output than adding the effects of each compound individually.
